Kendrick ends Philly losing streak as Phil’s win 4-0 over A’s

Kyle Kendrick’s career-high eight shutout innings was just what the Phillies needed to end their 6 game losing streak and beat the A’s 4-0.Chase Utley led the Phillies with 4 hits including a singled, doubled and tripled in his first three at-bats. So it looks like he is out of his slump.

The Phillies had 11 hits which is a good sign but they also left 11 man on base which is a very bad sign. Lets hope this is a start of things to come with the bats coming alive.
